Ayam penyet is originally comonlly found in Indonesia, it made from fried chicken that smashed until soft, serve with sambal belacan ( usually) , fried tofu, fried tempeh and cucumber.

the sambal is quite spicy, because most of Indonesian like to eat spicy foods, so if you can't eat spicy , you can remove the sambal
