HOW TO BAKE CARROT CAKE RECIPE

ICING:
- 100 gr Icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
-  225gr cream cheese


Direction:
- Preheat oven to 170C or 150C
Put the brown sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla, whisk until combined
- Sift the flours, bicarbonate of soda and cinnamon into a large bowl
Pour the oil mixture into the dry ingredients.
Use a wooden spoon to stir gently until just combined. Stir in the grated carrot
- Bake for 45 minutes
