EASY STEP HOW TO MAKE JAPANESE CHEESECAKE

welcome back to my blog, this time i'll teach you step by step how to make a Japenese cheesecake

Cheese cake Ingredients :
Milk                   150 ml
Crem cheese      375 gr
Sugar                 100 gr
Egg                    4 pcs
Lemon Juice      1 tsp

Direction :
1. Preheat oven to 180 C
2.Beat the cream cheese with milk until soften
3.Add half of the sugar, egg yolks,and the lemon juice
4.Then beat until smooth and clear
5.Beat egg whites in a separate bowl until foamy.
6.Gradually add remaining sugar, beating on high speed until soft peaks form, about 10-12 minutes.
7.then add beaten egg whites into the cream cheese mixture
8.Pour into cake pan
9.Place cake pan into a larger roasting pan 
10.Pour enough water into the roasting pan 
11.Bake for about 45-60 minutes.

Then you cheesecake ready to be served 👌
