Ingredients:
DOUGH
- 1/4 ounce yeast
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup warm water
Filling:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
-3/4 cup sugar
- cinamon ( depends if you like, put 2tsp or more)
Glaze:
-3 tsp butter
-1 tsp vanilla essence
- 11/2 cup powder sugar
-4 tablespoon how water
Direction:
- Heat oven to 180 C
- In a small bown, add yeast and warm water and set aside.
- In another bowl mix milk, sugar,melted butter, salt, and egg, add flour and mix til smooth.
- Place in a bowl, leave them until size doubled. usually 1 hour
- Roll out the dough , and spread it with melted butter all over the dough, ( mix the sugar and cinamon) , spread them all over the dough
- Roll up dough and pinch edge together , then cut it
- Place them in a baking pan , and let them doubled their size again,
- then baked for 30-35 minute
